All students who have applied for parallel and transfer to the departments of the Faculty of Fine Arts (design, visual arts, and drama) for the second semester, 2019/2020 should attend the technical abilities examination, which will be held on Monday, 3/2/2020 at 10:00 a.m.

Students who have applied for the undergraduate degree/ the parallel program should visit their website and see the results of their admission. Those who have met the conditions (the result of the application is acceptable) must print the application through the website sign and bring it along with the required documents and fees of (12) hours. Then, they should review the registrar in the Admission and Registration Department to complete their admission procedures on Thursday 30/01/2020 and Sunday 02/02/2020 otherwise, their registration will be disapproved.

The Dean of the deanship of the Scientific Research and Graduate Studies announces the names of students who have been approved to transfer from one major to another for the second semester 2019/2020. They should review the Deanship of Scientific Research and Graduate Studies on Sunday 2/2/2020 to complete the transfer procedures otherwise they will be disapproved.

- The entry of cars will be across the university gates within the days of graduation from Sunday, 2/2/2020 until Wednesday, 5/2/2020 as usual, until 8:30 a.m. The gates will be closed against the cars movement except the southern inner and outer gates.

- The gate of the supplies department in the southern land of the university is opened for exit and entry for employees' cars only, and the eastern and northern gates of the faculty of Economics are closed against pedestrians.

- The gates of the faculties of Archaeology and Fine Arts are completely closed to pedestrians who can enter the university from the other gates.

Regarding the announcement, which was published in the official newspapers and on the University's website on 26/1/ 2020 with regards to the job positions of hotel training supervisor, vocal technician, writer, and lifeguard, please note that the employment has been suspended based on the decision no. RA114/396 on 28/1/ 2020, in order to control university expenditures and for restructuring the university. Thus, the interviews scheduled for Thursday, 30/1/2020, have been cancelled for the above-mentioned positions.

Students who are dismissed from their majora at the end of the first semester 2019/2020 should review the Admissions and Registration Department, Offices no. (213) and (214) to complete their transfer procedures on Tuesday, 28/01/2020, and Wednesday, 29/1/ 2020 between 9:30 am and 1:00 pm

Yarmouk University announces the start of admission applications for the bachelor's degree in the parallel program for the second semester 2019/2020 for students who have received high school or equivalent. Applications start from Monday 06/01/2020, till the noon of Sunday 25/01/2020. (80%) In engineering disciplines.

 (75%) In the disciplines of the Faculty of Sharia.

 (65%) In the rest of the disciplines.

- Achieving a minimum admission rate does not mean acceptance since the vacancy should be available.

- Applicants for the disciplines of the Faculty of Arts are subjected to an abilities test to be announced later.

2- 75% of the approved hour fees are refunded only if the student withdraws from the university during the first week of starting the study according to the university calendar.

3- 50% of the approved hour fees only if the student withdraws from the university during the second week of starting the study according to the university calendar.

4- 25% of the approved hour fees are refunded only if the student withdraws from the university during the third week of starting the study according to the university calendar.

5- In cases where the student accepts or withdraws from the university after the end of the third week of starting the study, any amounts is not refunded except the damage refunds (insurances).
